The activity developed by the Organisation of Artisanal Fishing Producers of the Strait (OPP 78) and which is the object of promotion and commercialisation on this website, is detailed in the following activities of tourist tours related to Fishing Tourism, Sailing Tours and Boat and Walking Tours, all related to the dissemination of the traditional fishing activity of the framework area of the Strait of Gibraltar.
The skipper of the boat has the right to cancel the activity at the time of the meeting with the participants due to bad weather or adverse conditions. In this case, 100% of the cost of the activity will be paid to the participants or the client will be rescheduled for another day.
In case of change or cancellation by the participants, refunds will only be made up to 24h. prior to the activity.
The vessel will not return to port until the fishing day is over. The activity will only be modified for weather or safety reasons, at the skipper’s discretion.
The shipowner reserves the right of admission and cannot be held responsible for loss or breakage of personal belongings.
All activities are covered by civil liability insurance.
